The Camouflage Technique offered by 22 Institute is a PMU (Permanent Makeup) technique. Unlike other academies that teach a more painful tattoo approach, we provide a less painful alternative. This is important because traditional tattoo inks may pose safety concerns. At 22 Institute, we have developed our own mineral pigments that do not require any dilution.
